1) How do I make a purchase online?
Just follow these 4 simple steps:
a. Click on Shop Online
b. Choose your items
c. Add to Cart
d. Fill in your details in Customer Information
e. Checkout, continue to payment method
f. Complete Order
2) How many days would it take for my parcel to arrive?
For deliveries, it will take between 1 – 3 days depending on the location. There may be delays during peak season. Example, festive season.
3) What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs different according to location and the weight of the item. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you make an order online. You can also check the delivery status through the system.
4) Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide via FedEx, (International) and Poslaju Service (Within Malaysia)
5) How do I know if an items is in stock?
You can see the stock availability of a product in the store of your choice
6) If items on the website are out of stock, is there an estimated time for the next restock and where can I check this?
We do not have an estimated time for the restock, but you can check our website for daily updates. We will announce which collection item will be restocked on our Instagram
7) I have not received my item. What should I do?
Let us know, and we will check the delivery status and speed up the shipping process for you. After we have checked your tracking number, we will send you this update:
YOUR ITEM IS NOW AT…..AND IT IS BEING PROCESSED FOR DELIVERY TO YOUR ADRESS.
8) How do I cancel my orders before I make a payment?
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.
9) Why must I make payment immediately at checkout?
Sample ordering is on ‘first-come-first-serve’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired samples, it is recommended that you make your payment within 60 minutes of checking out.
